The ABS Waterproof UHF RFID Sealed Tag Cable Ties Tag (Model: LDR-TZ01) by Leadercolor is an enterprise-grade, pull-tight RFID cable tie designed for high-density warehouse inventory, asset tracking, electrical harness tagging, pallet cages, and outdoor equipment. Combining a high-impact ABS encapsulated RFID head with an extended 448 mm industrial nylon zip-tie strap, the LDR-TZ01 provides simple, tool-free installation and permanent tamper-evident identification.
1. High-Sensitivity NXP RAIN RFID Inlay
Powered by the latest NXP UCODE 9 (U9) or UCODE 8 (U8) silicon ICs, the LDR-TZ01 delivers rapid read-and-write performance across the broadband UHF range (860 MHz to 960 MHz, tuned for Indian WPC 865–867 MHz). It achieves reliable read ranges of 1 to 5 meters, allowing fast bulk scanning via overhead portal antennas and handheld RFID readers.
2. Weatherproof ABS Enclosure & Long 448mm Strap
Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the ABS transponder head delivers IP67 waterproof and weatherproof durability, resisting rain, grease, UV radiation, and thermal swings from -25°C to +75°C. The 448mm flexible tail easily wraps around thick pipes, cable bundles, metal frame scaffolding, and shipping containers.
3. Custom Printing & Turnkey ERP Encoding
The large 92x28mm head surface provides ample area for thermal transfer or laser etching of company logos, serialized Code 128 barcodes, 2D QR codes, and EPC identification strings.
