Shipping & Dispatch Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
All physical hardware orders—including UHF handheld readers, fixed portal readers, starter kit bundles, and tag rolls—are processed and packaged at our primary fulfillment center in Noida (Sector-63), Uttar Pradesh. Standard in-stock orders are prepared for courier pickup within 24 to 48 hours following payment confirmation and GST invoice generation.
2. Domestic Transit Schedules Across India
We partner with premier express logistics carriers (BlueDart Express, Delhivery, DTDC, and Safechem Logistics) to ensure rapid, secure pan-India transit:
- Delhi NCR & Metro Regions: Delivery typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
- Tier-1 Industrial Hubs (Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad): Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Regional Locations: Standard air and road express delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
- Heavy Freight & Dock Portal Gantries: Surface linehaul logistics require 6 to 10 business days depending on transit distance and state checkpoint clearances.
3. Real-Time Consignment Tracking & Electronic Waybills
Upon courier dispatch, automated electronic notifications containing the Master Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number, carrier tracking link, and digital GST e-Way Bill are sent directly to the client registered email address and primary logistics coordinator via SMS/WhatsApp.
4. Protective Industrial Packaging Standards
Sensitive RF transceivers, handheld readers, and ceramic on-metal tags are secured in anti-static ESD shielding bags, cushioned with multi-layer high-density polyethylene foam, and packed in reinforced double-wall corrugated cartons to prevent electrostatic discharge or mechanical shock during transit.
5. Delivery Exceptions & Damaged Consignments
Consignees are advised to inspect outer packaging tamper-evident tape prior to signing courier delivery sheets. If an outer carton arrives visibly crushed or tampered with, note the exception on the delivery manifest and notify our support dispatch team within 48 hours at info@rfidsoftwares.com with photographic evidence.
