Description
The HF RFID Security Gate System for Libraries and Retail (Model: PRD_HW_HF_GATE) is an elegant, high-sensitivity 3D walk-through security portal engineered for public libraries, university research collections, legal archives, and luxury retail boutiques. Operating at 13.56 MHz High Frequency, this dual-pedestal system adheres to the international ISO/IEC 15693 and ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 1 standards, providing seamless anti-theft Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) and patron circulation tracking across wide walk-through aisles.
1. 3D Omnidirectional Antenna Arrays & Wide Aisle Coverage
Featuring high-transparency architectural acrylic pedestals with internal multi-loop 3D antenna coils, the gate generates a uniform three-dimensional magnetic interrogation field. It detects tagged books, files, and media items at any orientation (flat, horizontal, vertical, or spine-angled) across an aisle detection width of up to 1.2 to 1.5 meters with 99%+ detection accuracy.
2. Koha ILS / 3M SIP2 Integration & Infrared Patron Counting
The master controller communicates in real-time with Koha ILS, Alma, and Sierra library management systems via Ethernet TCP/IP using the 3M SIP2 and NCIP protocols. It features built-in bi-directional infrared patron counting sensors that track visitor footfall traffic, loud multi-tone acoustic alarm sirens, flashing multi-color LED visual alert strobes, and dry contact relay outputs for automated turnstiles.
