The NXP UCODE 9 Square 50x50mm Apparel RFID Wet Inlay (Model: H47-M4QT) is a high-gain, omnidirectional RAIN RFID transponder label engineered specifically for apparel hangtags, fashion retail inventory, polybagged garments, and textile supply chain automation. Powered by the NXP UCODE 9 silicon IC, this large square form factor delivers exceptional 3D polarization insensitivity, allowing clothing items to be scanned effortlessly at high speed regardless of tag orientation on the rack or in folded carton stacks.

1. Large 50x50mm High-Gain Antenna Geometry

Operating across 860 MHz to 960 MHz (including Indian 865–867 MHz WPC channels and international FCC/ETSI bands), the expansive 50 mm × 50 mm square antenna layout maximizes RF aperture capture. Combined with NXP's -24 dBm read sensitivity and Self-Adjust dynamic impedance tuning, the H47-M4QT achieves an outstanding read distance of up to 10.0 to 14.0 meters with fixed dock-door portals and over 7.0 meters with handheld wands. It enables retail staff to perform full-store inventory cycle counts of over 20,000 garments in under 30 minutes with 99.5%+ accuracy.

2. Retail Source Tagging & Global ARC Approval

Fully compliant with EPCglobal Gen2v2 and ISO/IEC 18000-63, the chip integrates 96-bit EPC memory and a pre-serialized 96-bit unique TID.
