Powered by advanced Impinj M700 / NXP UCODE series silicon ICs, these printable white paper labels deliver an exceptional read range of up to 10.0 to 12.0 meters, enabling high-throughput automated pallet dock-door scanning, conveyor sorting, and distribution center cycle audits.
1. High-Performance Dipole Antenna & Broadband Frequency Tuning
Operating across 860 MHz to 960 MHz (including Indian WPC 865–867 MHz, European ETSI, and North American FCC bands), the label features a precision-etched aluminum dipole antenna on a durable PET carrier. It complies fully with EPCglobal Gen2v2 and ISO/IEC 18000-63, providing 128 bits of EPC memory and a 96-bit factory-serialized unique TID to support GS1 Serialized Shipping Container Code (SSCC) and SGTIN-96 logistics compliance.
2. Premium Thermal Transfer Printable Paper Facestock
The tag features an ultra-smooth premium semi-gloss coated paper facestock engineered for direct thermal and thermal transfer barcode printing on industrial RFID printers (Zebra ZT411, SATO CL4NX, Printronix T6000e, and Postek). Backed by a high-tack permanent hot-melt adhesive, it bonds aggressively to Kraft paper cartons, corrugated board, plastic shrink-wraps, and wooden pallets.
