The UHF Integrated RFID Reader and Long Range Parking Scanner (Model: PRD_HW_INTEGRATED) is an all-in-one, weatherproof long-range RAIN RFID reader designed for automated vehicle boom barrier parking access, highway toll plazas, residential gated societies, commercial fleet depot gates, and weighbridge automation. Combining an 8 dBi / 12 dBi high-gain circular polarized antenna with an embedded UHF reader engine in a single IP67 waterproof outdoor enclosure, this integrated reader achieves a reliable vehicle windshield tag read range of up to 12.0 to 18.0 meters.
1. All-in-One Outdoor RF Architecture & Fast Vehicle Capture
Operating across 860 MHz to 960 MHz (tuned for Indian WPC 865–867 MHz with output power up to +30 dBm), the reader captures moving vehicle windshield tags, headlamp labels, and FASTag transponders at speeds up to 60 km/h. The circular polarized antenna ensures reliable scanning regardless of windshield curvature, metallic tinting, or tag angle.
2. Multi-Protocol Access Control & Boom Barrier Automation
The reader includes standard Wiegand 26/34, RS485, RS232, RJ45 Ethernet TCP/IP, and built-in relay dry contacts that connect directly to motorized boom barriers, traffic signal lights, and third-party access control panels. It features an integrated buzzer, status LEDs, and a heavy-duty stainless-steel pole mounting bracket.
