Patented SATO RF Analyze (SRA) Auto-Calibration

Eliminating tedious trial-and-error manual inlay calibration, SATO’s proprietary SRA technology automatically measures radio frequency feedback, dynamically adjusts antenna transmit power, and positions the internal reader antenna to encode standard UHF labels and narrow-pitch inlays down to 12 mm tag pitch with 100% data integrity.

Specialized On-Metal Tag Encoding

Equipped with heavy-duty platen rollers and an adjustable printhead height mechanism, the CL4NX Plus effortlessly feeds and encodes thick foam-backed on-metal RFID tags (such as Silverline and custom ferrite labels up to 1.5 mm thick) without ribbon wrinkling or mechanical jams.
