1. Edge-Native Architecture & Offline Resiliency
Built with an offline-first micro-architecture utilizing an embedded SQLite database engine, the AUTOID application allows field operators to perform continuous inventory counts in remote warehouses, basements, or shipping containers with zero Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity. Scanned EPCs are timestamped and buffered locally with sub-millisecond latency. Upon network reconnection, the built-in sync engine automatically synchronizes batch transaction logs with cloud servers via REST APIs, WebSocket bi-directional streams, or MQTT broker queues with zero data loss.
2. Intelligent Tag Search & Enterprise ERP Integration
The software features an advanced Geiger-counter visual and acoustic tag search mode, allowing operators to locate specific lost items or misplaced SKUs by modulating audio beeps and visual signal-strength (RSSI) bars in real-time as they approach the target tag.
