RFID School Attendance System: WhatsApp & SMS Alerts

The RFID School Attendance System is an enterprise-grade smart campus automation and student safety platform powered by our dedicated education division at RFID Schools (rfidschools.com). Engineered specifically for K-12 schools, CBSE/ICSE institutions, international academies, and college campuses across India, the system replaces manual roll-call registers with automated, 100% accurate student identification and instant parent communication.

1. Multi-Modal Touchless Attendance & High-Speed Turnstiles

• Smart Card Tap-and-Go: Students tap their High Frequency (HF 13.56 MHz Mifare Classic/Desfire) or 125 kHz RFID student ID cards on compact wall-mounted terminals (DW200 v20 Access Control) or turnstile readers in under 0.4 seconds.
• Long-Range UHF Walk-Through Gates: For mass student flow during morning arrival, dual-pedestal UHF RFID Security Gate Portals and overhead reader portals detect student RFID lanyards hands-free at distances of up to 5 meters, processing over 45 students per minute per lane without bottlenecks.
• Facial Recognition & QR Backup: Dual-camera biometric terminals and dynamic QR passes provide flexible attendance logging for teachers, staff, and authorized visitors.

2. Instant Parent Notification Gateway (WhatsApp, SMS & Mobile App)

• Automated Entry/Exit Alerts: The moment a student taps their HF PVC Card or walks through the gate, the cloud engine triggers an automated WhatsApp message and DLT-approved SMS to parents with exact timestamp, entry gate number, and photo verification.
• Absentee Notifications & Defaulter Alerts: Automated 9:30 AM absentee sweeps notify parents of unrecorded arrivals instantly, eliminating student truancy and unauthorized departures.
• Emergency Broadcasts & Circulars: School administration can broadcast weather alerts, emergency notices, event schedules, and fee reminders to all parents in one click.

3. Integrated Smart Campus ERP & GPS Bus Tracking

• RFID School Bus Tracking: Rugged GPS + RFID handheld scanners inside school transport vehicles log student boarding/deboarding at each stop and broadcast live bus location updates to the Parent Mobile App.
• Library & Canteen Integration: Standard student RFID ID cards double as circulation cards for our RFID Library Management with Koha and prepaid cashless meal cards with our Cloud Canteen Management Software.
• Multi-Branch Centralized Administration: Manage multiple branch campuses, student rosters, academic timetables, and teacher biometric shifts from a unified web-based administration console.

4. Enterprise Compliance, Offline Edge Sync & Support

Built with edge-buffering architecture, attendance terminals continue logging up to 100,000 taps offline during local internet disruptions and automatically synchronize data when connectivity resumes. Fully compliant with CBSE, State Education Board, and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023) standards.

All our hardware products and enterprise software solutions come complete with comprehensive developer SDKs, ready-to-use API integration documentation, a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty, and lifetime dedicated technical support from our engineering team in Noida. This ensures a seamless, reliable deployment across your business infrastructure.
