Specialized On-Metal Tagging Edition

Unlike conventional RFID printers that jam on thick asset tags, the ZT411 offers a dedicated On-Metal Tagging configuration. Engineered with an expanded printhead clearance gap and custom media drive rollers, it easily prints and encodes thick, foam-backed on-metal labels (such as Zebra Silverline Classic, Micro II, Slim II, and custom high-memory metal tags up to 1.5 mm thickness) for servers, IT laptops, metal pallets, and chemical cylinders.

Advanced Print DNA Ecosystem

Powered by Zebra Link-OS and Print DNA suite, the ZT411 provides real-time remote printer fleet visibility, automated security firmware updates, and direct integration with major ERP and WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) via native XML and ZPL emulation.

The standard ZT411 RFID is designed for regular adhesive paper/synthetic UHF smart labels up to 0.25mm thick. The On-Metal edition includes a customized printhead carriage, higher media gap clearance, and specialized drive rollers to feed and encode thick foam-backed on-metal labels (up to 1.5mm thick, such as Zebra Silverline) without jamming.
