Description

The Fudan F08 Round 25mm MIFARE Classic 1K Compatible Wet Inlay (Model: F08-F22) is a high-security High Frequency (HF 13.56 MHz) RFID transponder label powered by the Fudan Microelectronics FM11RF08 integrated circuit. Fully compatible with the industry-standard NXP MIFARE Classic 1K (S50) architecture, this inlay is engineered for campus access control, employee attendance turnstiles, corporate cashless canteen systems, hotel smart locks, and closed-loop payment cards.

1. 1KB Memory Architecture & Cryptographic Security

Operating under the ISO/IEC 14443 Type A protocol at a high-speed communication rate of 106 kbit/s, the FM11RF08 silicon chip features 1,024 bytes (8 Kbits) of EEPROM memory organized into 16 independent sectors (4 blocks of 16 bytes per sector). Each sector is independently secured by dual 48-bit cryptographic keys (Key A and Key B) and programmable access condition bits utilizing the CRYPTO1 stream cipher. This enables multiple independent applications (such as building access, parking validation, and cafeteria payments) to coexist securely on a single sticker.

2. High-Precision 22mm Antenna & Robust Inlay Construction

The F08-F22 inlay features an optimized 22.0 mm etched aluminum antenna coil within a 25.0 mm circular die-cut footprint, delivering a solid read distance of 2.0 cm to 5.0 cm on standard ISO 14443A readers and wall-mounted access terminals. Built on a 50µm PET substrate with high-strength permanent pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, it attaches easily to employee badges, plastic keyfobs, asset surfaces, or event wristbands.

Questions

Is the Fudan F08 chip fully compatible with existing MIFARE Classic 1K readers?
Yes. The Fudan FM11RF08 chip is 100% functionally compatible with NXP MIFARE Classic 1K (S50) readers, access control turnstiles, attendance machines, and encoder SDKs. It uses the exact same ISO 14443A protocol, 16-sector memory structure, and CRYPTO1 encryption keys without requiring software changes.
Can this F08 wet inlay be read by standard NFC smartphones?
The Fudan F08 chip can be detected by NFC smartphones that support the NXP MIFARE Classic hardware standard. However, because MIFARE Classic uses proprietary CRYPTO1 encryption rather than standard NFC Forum NDEF Type 2 formatting, it is primarily designed for dedicated access control readers, USB desktop encoders, and smart transit terminals.
How do the 16 independent memory sectors function?
Each of the 16 sectors operates as an isolated storage vault containing 48 bytes of user data and a sector trailer holding Key A and Key B. This allows different vendors to use the same tag simultaneously (for example, Sector 1 for gym access, Sector 2 for canteen balance, and Sector 3 for door locks) without sharing cryptographic keys.
What is the HSN Code and GST rate for Fudan F08 inlays in India?
Fudan F08 inlays fall under HSN Code 8523 with an 18% GST rate. RFID Softwares provides official B2B tax invoices with GST input tax credit (ITC) for educational institutions, system integrators, and corporate clients.
Can you supply pre-encoded and pre-printed F08 stickers?
Yes. We offer factory pre-encoding of custom sector keys, automated UID database mapping, and barcode/QR-code thermal printing on roll quantities starting from 1,000 pieces.
