This professional designs automated wireless tracking architectures for Primark's enterprise clients, replacing manual barcode scanning with automated reader gantries that record thousands of palletized items as they move.
As Solution Architect RFID & Retail Technology at Primark, you will focus on RFID Systems & Solutions Architecture, directly supporting high-throughput supply chain tracking, automated item identification, and next-generation wireless IoT infrastructure.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks
• Lead the design of end-to-end RFID solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards. • Develop and maintain solution architectures, technical designs, blueprints and documentation. • Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. • Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to define scalable and sustainable technology solutions. • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and scalability requirements.
