A prominent alcohol distributor in Pune, Maharashtra, struggled with inventory leaks and manual check-out overheads. High-value spirit bottles and metal beverage cans are notoriously difficult to track using standard RFID technology because liquids absorb radio signals and metals reflect them, detuning antennas.
