Arora Mobile World, a popular mobile phone and accessories showroom in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, carries thousands of small SKUs, including chargers, screen guards, back covers, and adapters. With high walk-in traffic, managing physical stock levels was extremely difficult. The showroom's co-founder, Shikha Kaur Sodhi, wanted to connect their offline sales point-of-sale (POS) terminal directly to their online catalog website `aroramobileworld.com`. This would prevent customers from ordering out-of-stock items online and automate replenishment orders.

RFID Softwares designed an integrated stock automation system. We reorganized the storage bins in the back stockroom and assigned barcode labels to all accessories. The checkout counter POS was integrated directly with the website database. When an item is scanned and sold to a walk-in customer, the system updates the website inventory within 2 seconds. Reorder points were set in the software to send alerts to suppliers when stock levels drop below thresholds.

Since the launch of the stock automation system, Arora Mobile World has reported an 80% drop in out-of-stock events, as automated alerts prevent supply shortages. Online order disputes due to missing stock have been eliminated. The checkout process is 50% faster, and the owner has complete visibility of stock counts across their retail showrooms.
