Questions

Are the pins included with the hard tags?
Yes, each box of hard tags includes the standard stainless steel grooved pins.
How are the soft labels deactivated?
They are deactivated by passing them over an AM deactivator pad installed at the checkout counter.
Can AM tags be read by RFID scanners?
No, AM tags are simple resonant circuits operating at 58 kHz for security gates, whereas RFID uses higher frequencies (like 865 MHz) to transmit digital numbers.
